About Shipping

All of our Koi are double bagged and placed in sturdy  Styrofoam shipping boxes to minimize temperature fluctuations during shipment. The Styrofoam box is then placed into a cardboard outer carton to further ensure the safety of your Koi. Boxes are free of charge.

All shipments are transported by air from Ontario Airport in  CA. The average cost for shipping a box of Koi on most airlines within the United States is around $65.00.
